We understand that these uncertain times have caused a lot of stress on couples planning 2020 weddings. We are trying our best to lighten the load. Via Paper Boutique is committed to staying open through this pandemic. More than 90 percent of our printing and assembly is handled in-house with very limited staff. We continue to take the necessary precautions to ensure that our products are safe and sanitary.
We will continue to ship products and make no contact local deliveries (within a 20 mile radius). All in person consultations have been replaced with virtual consultations. You can schedule a one hour virtual consultation here.
Design samples will be mailed to clients (and potential clients) via postal mail so you are able to view color swatches, paper textures, etc. Many of our supplies are provided by small business that are working with very limited staff, as well. We will do our best to ship sample orders within 3-5 business days, but limited stock could cause delays in shipment. Please keep this in mind when planning your order. Our normal production time may increase.
If you have purchased invitations from us and your wedding has been postponed due to COVID-19, we are offering change the date cards at no additional cost. You can order from our pre-designed stock which will be available on our website. You can order up to the quantity of invitations ordered. Any additional cards may be purchased for a small fee. Change the date card designs will be uploaded on this site shortly and will be accessible from this page.
